IGO L clearomizer

The dual seal allows to adjust the air intake.

It allows to dry-vape: you directly fill the clearomizer.

As any rebuildable clearomizer, the resistance has to be built.

It is possible to build one kind of resistance: fiberglass.

It is necessary to know well how to build a resistance.

The battery can be damaged if you do not know how to assemble a resistance.

Use from 3.6v up to 6v following the resistance.

Necessary equipment: Screwdriver (horologic), pliers, fiberglass and kanthal.

Here are some pictures to show you how to assemble your clearomizer:

1. Heat up the kanthal and the fiberglass with a lighter until it becomes red.



2. Make 4 or 5 girths with the kanthal around the fiber (insert a needle not to squeeze too much the fiber) andd ouble the fiber on 4 centimeters.



3. Insert the fiber of your atomizer into the superior holes of the atomizer (it will be necessary to remove a screw) and then cut the surplus of fiber.



4. Fix Kanthal to screws for the supply of the central block and the right screw, then cut the surplus of kanthal.


5. The final result gives a resistance which does not distort the taste of the liquid. Moisten the fiber with some liquid to make the try.


It is necessary to make a cylinder with the supplied mesh (the mesh is in fact a very fine metallic mesh which are going to work as the fiber by capillarity). The preparation is more delicate because it is necessary to oxidize the mesh by warming it with a lighter (or a blowtorch) so that it is not conductive anymore an especially to avoid short circuits.
